Batched products are items that require tracking by Batch Number and Expiry Date.
Ang Batched Products ay mga produkto na kailangang may Batch Number at Expiry Date.
Creating a batched product follows the same process as creating a regular product, with one additional step.
Ang paggawa ng batched product ay kapareho lamang ng proseso ng paggawa ng regular na product, ngunit may isang karagdagang hakbang.
Steps to Create a Batched Product
***Paano Gumawa ng Batched Product***
- From the Dashboard, go to Products.
Sa Dashboard, pumunta sa Products.
- Click Add New Product.
I-click ang Add New Product.
- Fill in the required fields (Product Name, Code, Description, etc.).
Punan ang mga kinakailangang field (Product Name, Code, Description, atbp.).
- In the Inventory Type field, select Batched Product. ✅
Sa field na Inventory Type, piliin ang Batched Product.
(This is the only difference from creating a regular product.)
(Ito lamang ang kaibahan kumpara sa paggawa ng regular na product.)
- Complete the remaining fields as needed (Supplier, Pricing, etc.).
Kumpletuhin ang iba pang mga field kung kinakailangan (Supplier, Pricing, atbp.).
- Click Save.
I-click ang Save.

Product Profile — Batches Tab
Once a batched product is created, an additional Batches tab will appear in the product profile.
Kapag nakagawa ka na ng batched product, may lalabas na bagong tab na Batches sa product profile.

Batch Number – The unique identifier assigned to the batch.
- Batch Number - Ito ang unique number ng batch ng produkto.
🖱️ Clicking the batch number will open the Batch Transaction Modal, which shows the full transaction history linked to that batch (e.g., Receivings, Releasings, Adjustments, Transfers).
Kapag kinlick ang batch number, lalabas ang Batch Transaction Modal kung saan makikita ang history ng batch tulad ng Receivings, Releasings, Adjustments, Transfers.

- Locations – Shows where the batch is stored.
- Locations - Kung saan naka-store ang batch ng produkto.
- On Hand Qty – The current total available quantity for that batch.
- On Hand Qty - Ilang piraso ang available na stock sa batch na iyon.
- Expiration Date – The date when the batch is set to expire (can be edited).
- Expiration Date - Petsa kung kailan mag-eexpire ang batch (Pwede itong i-edit kung kailangan)
- Last Updated – The most recent date/time when details of the batch were modified.
- Last Updated - Kung kailan huling na-edit ang impormasyon ng batch.
- Creation Date – The date when the batch was first created in the system.
- Creation Date - Kung kailan unang ginawa ang batch sa system.
- Edit Button – Allows you to update details such as the expiration date.
- Edit Button - Ginagamit para baguhin ang detalye ng batch, halimbawa, expiration date.

- Delete Button – Permanently removes the batch from the system. Note: You cannot delete a batch with existing inventory. Please remove all inventory first.
- Delete Button – Permanenteng inaalis ang batch mula sa system. Paalala: Hindi mo maaaring burahin ang batch kung may natitirang inventory dito. Kailangan munang alisin ang lahat ng inventory.
