There are three ways to create a Releasings:

1. From the Releasings page — Click the "Create" button to start a new releasing.
2. From the Sales Order — Use the "Create Releasings" button at the top of the page.
3. From the Sales Order's Releasing tab — Create a releasing directly within the tab. </aside>

Create a Releasing: From the Releasings page

1. In Releasings page, Click the “Create” button located at the top page.

     *Sa **Releasings** page, i-click ang **"Create"** button sa makikita sa taas ng page.*
   

1. In the New Releasings Create page, input the required Delivery Details such as Vehicle, Delivery Date, Driver, Checker, Helper, and Dispatcher.

     *Sa New Releasings Create page, ilagay ang mga required na **Delivery Details** tulad ng Vehicle, Delivery Date, Driver, Checker, Helper, at Dispatcher.*
   

1. Under the Order Items section, Select an Order.

     *Sa Order Items section, pumili ng Order.*

In the Releasing Create page, you can select multiple sales orders to be delivered as one.

 *Sa Releasing Create page, puwede kang pumili ng multiple sales orders na ide-deliver bilang iisang delivery.*

1. Click the plus [➕] button to add the order to the release.

     *I-click ang plus button para malagay ang order sa release form.*
   

   

2. Input the required fields such as: Location, and Quantity.

     *Ilagay ang mga required fields tulad ng: Location at Quantity.*

You can modify the quantity to release for a partial release.

The released quantity should not be greater than the order quantity.

 *Puwede mong baguhin ang quantity kung partial release lang ang gagawin. Siguraduhin lang na ang i-re-release na quantity ay hindi lalampas o so-sobra sa order quantity.*

1. Once all details are complete, Click the “Submit” Button to create the Releasing.

   Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng detalye, i-click ang “Submit” button para magawa ang Releasing.

Creating a releasing from the Releasings page does not automatically process the delivery; therefore, the releasing status remains Pending.

Ang pag-create ng releasing mula sa Releasings page ay hindi automatic na magpo-process ang delivery o hindi pa ito mababawas sa inventory, kung kaya’t “Pending” ang status ng releasing.

Update/Process the Releasing:

1. Change or update the Delivery status Located below the Delivery Release Number:

   • In Transit – Select this if the order is on the way or has been released from the warehouse. This action will automatically update the inventory.
   • Completed – Select this if the items were successfully delivered to the customer.

   Additional Step:

   1. A Status Update Warning will appear.
   2. Click “Continue” to confirm and change the status to Completed.
   • Cancelled – Select this if the releasing was cancelled and will not be delivered.

You cannot Cancel a releasing if there’s already a released quantity.
