There are two ways to create a Sales Return:

  1. From the Sales Returns page — Click the "Create" button to start a new Sales Return.
  2. From a Releasing order — In a selected Releasing, Click the “Create Sales Return”.
  3. From the Sales Order's Returns tab — Create a Sales Return directly within the tab. </aside>

Create a Sales Return: From the Sales Return page

  1. In Sales Return page, Click the “Create” button located at the top page.

  2. In the New Sales Return Create page, under the Order Items section, Select a Releasing Order Item.

      *Pumili ng Releasing items sa Order items section. I-click lamang ang Dropdown button or i-search ang delivery releasing number*

In the Sales Return Create page, you can select multiple releasing orders to be returned as one.

 *Sa isang Sales Return, puwedeng pumili o mag-select ng maraming releasing order para i-return ng sabay-sabay.*

  1. Click the plus [➕] button to add the order to the return.

  2. Input the required fields such as: Quantity, and Location.

You can modify the quantity to return for a partial return.

The returned quantity should not be greater than the released order quantity.

  1. Input the required Delivery Details such as Mode of Delivery, Date of Delivery, Driver, Checker, Helper, Vehicle, and Remarks.

The Customer Details are automatically filled based on the selected Releasing order.

  1. Once all details are complete, Click the “Submit” Button to create the Return.

Creating a return from the Sales Return page does not automatically process the return; therefore, the Sales Return status remains Pending.

 *Ang return na ginawa sa Sales Return page, ay hindi ito automatic na napo-process o nababalik ang quantity sa inventory. Kaya mananatiling Pending ang status ng Sales Return.*

Update/Process the Releasing:

  1. Change or update the Return status Located below the Return Reference Number:

    Additional Step:

    1. A Status Update Warning will appear.
    2. Click “Submit” to confirm and change the status to Completed.
    3. Click “Submit” to save your changes. </aside>

Create a Sales Return: From a Releasing order

This process is almost the same as the first one — the only difference is that it’s created directly from the Releasing order.

 *Halos pareho lang ang process na ito sa nauna — ang kaibahan lang, direkta itong ginagawa mula sa Releasing order.*

  1. Go to the Releasings page and open a Completed order. (You can also go to the Sales order and open the Releasing order from there).

      *Puwede kang dumiretso sa Releasing orders mula sa Releasing page o Sales Order, at i-open ang releasing order mula doon.*
    
  2. Click the “Create sales return” button at the top of the page.

    1. You will be redirected to the New Sales Return Create page.

         *Ikaw ay ma-re-redirect sa New Sales Return Create page.*

    The Order Item section will be automatically filled based on the releasing that you came from.

     *Ang Order Item section ay automatic na ma-fi-fill oput base sa releasing na pinanggalingan mo.*

    1. Input the required fields such as: Location, and Quantity.

    You can modify the quantity to return for a partial return.

    The returned quantity should not be greater than the released order quantity.

      *Puwede mong baguhin ang quantity para sa partial return. Ngunit hindi maaaring mag-return ng mas maraming quantity kaysa sa released quantity.*

    1. Fill out the required Delivery Details: Mode of Delivery, Date of Delivery, Driver, Checker, Helper, Vehicle, and Remarks.

    1. Once all details are complete, Click the “Submit” Button.
    2. Change or update the Return status from Pending to Completed.
    3. A Status Update Warning will appear.
    4. Click “Continue” to confirm and to create the Return.

    Creating a return from its Releasing ****does not automatically process the return just like in the first process.

    Always make sure to Change the Sales Return status from Pending to Completed.
