There are three ways to create a Sales Return: May tatlong paraan para gumawa ng Sales Return:

  1. From the Sales Returns page — Click the Create button to start a new Sales Return. Mula sa Sales Returns page — I-click ang Create button para gumawa ng bagong Sales Return.
  2. From a Releasing order — In a Completed Releasing, Click the Create Sales Return. Mula sa Releasing Order — Kapag ang Releasing ay Completed na, i-click ang Create Sales Return.
  3. From the Sales Order's Returns tab — Create a Sales Return directly within the tab. Mula sa Returns tab ng Sales Order — Gumawa ng Sales Return direkta sa Returns tab ng Sales Order. </aside>

Create a Sales Return: From the Sales Return page

  1. In Sales Return page, Click the Create button located at the top page. Sa Sales Return page, i-click ang Create button na makikita sa itaas ng page.

  2. On the New Sales Return Create page, select a Customer first. Sa New Sales Return Create page, pumili muna ng Customer.

    The Customer Details are automatically filled based on the selected Customer. Kapag nakapili na ng customer, awtomatikong lalabas ang Customer Details.

  3. Under the Order Items section, Select a Releasing Order Item. Pumili ng Releasing items sa Order items section. I-click lamang ang Dropdown button or i-search ang delivery releasing number

    In the Sales Return Create page, you can select multiple releasing orders to be returned as one. Sa isang Sales Return, puwedeng pumili o mag-select ng maraming releasing order para i-return ng sabay-sabay.

  4. Click the plus [➕] button to add the order to the return. I-click ang plus [➕] button para idagdag ang order sa return list.

  5. Input the required fields such as: Quantity, and Location. Ilagay ang mga kinakailangang detalye tulad ng Quantity at Location.

    You can modify the quantity to return for a partial return. Pwede mong baguhin ang quantity kung partial return lang ang ibabalik.

    The returned quantity should not be greater than the released order quantity. Ang returned quantity ay hindi dapat mas mataas sa quantity na na-release sa order.

  6. You may fill out the optional details in Delivery section, such as Mode of Delivery, Date of Delivery, Driver, Checker, Helper, Vehicle, and Remarks. Maaaring ilagay ang ibang detalye kung kailangan sa Delivery section tulad ng Mode of Delivery, Date of Delivery, Driver, Checker, Helper, Vehicle, at Remarks.

  7. Once all details are complete, Click the Complete Button. Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng detalye, i-click ang Complete button.

    You may also save the record as Pending. Pending sales returns are not processed until they are marked as completed. Maaari mo ring i-save bilang Pending. Hindi pa ito mapo-proseso hangga’t hindi kino-Complete.

  8. A Confirmation Modal will appear. Lalabas ang isang Confirmation Modal.

  9. Click Submit to process the return. I-click ang Submit para tuluyang ma-process ang Sales Return.

Create a Sales Return: From a Releasing order

This process is almost the same as the first one — the only difference is that it’s created directly from the Releasing order. Halos pareho lang ang proseso na ito sa nauna — ang kaibahan lang, direkta itong ginagawa mula sa Releasing order.

  1. Go to the Releasings page and open a Completed order. (You can also go to the Sales order and open the Releasing order from there). Puwede kang dumiretso sa Releasing orders mula sa Releasing page o Sales Order, at i-open ang releasing order mula doon.

  2. Click the Create sales return button at the top of the page. I-click ang Create Sales Return button na makikita sa itaas ng page.

  3. You will be redirected to the New Sales Return Create page. Ikaw ay ma-re-redirect sa New Sales Return Create page.

    The Customer Details are automatically filled based on the releasing that you came from. Ang Customer Details ay automatic na ma-fi-fill out base sa releasing na pinanggalingan mo.

    The Order Item section will be automatically filled based on the releasing that you came from. Ang Order Item section ay automatic na ma-fi-fill out base sa releasing na pinanggalingan mo.

  4. Input the required fields such as: Location, and Quantity. Ilagay ang mga kinakailangang detalye tulad ng Quantity at Location.

    You can modify the quantity to return for a partial return.

    The returned quantity should not be greater than the released order quantity. Puwede mong baguhin ang quantity para sa partial return. Ngunit hindi maaaring mag-return ng mas maraming quantity kaysa sa released quantity.

  5. You may fill out the optional details in Delivery section, such as Mode of Delivery, Date of Delivery, Driver, Checker, Helper, Vehicle, and Remarks.
