Create New Location:

 ***Gumawa ng Bagong Location:***

1. In the Inventory Locations page, Click the “Create” button located at the top page. Sa Inventory Locations page, i-click ang “Create” button na makikita sa taas ng page.

   

2. In the New Location window, fill in the required fields: Name, Description, and Branch (if branching is enabled). Sa New Location window, punan ang mga kinakailangang field: Name, Description, at Branch (kung naka-enable ang branching).

   

3. Once finished, click “Create” to create the new location, or “Cancel” to close the form without saving. A confirmation message will appear if the location is created successfully. Kapag tapos na, i-click ang “Create” para gumawa ng bagong location. Kung ayaw ituloy, i-click ang “Cancel” para isara ang form nang hindi nagsa-save. Kapag matagumpay na nagawa ang location, may lalabas na confirmation message.

You can create a location by entering only the Location Name. Puwede kang gumawa ng location kahit Location Name lang ang ilagay.

Edit a Location

 ***Pag-edit ng Location***

1. In the Inventory Locations page, choose an existing Location to edit. Sa Inventory Locations page, hanapin ang location na gusto mong baguhin.
2. Click the “Edit” button. I-click ang “Edit” button.
3. Edit the desired details you want to update. Baguhin ang mga detalye na gusto mong i-update.
4. Once done, click Save to save the changes. A success message will appear if the location is updated successfully. Kapag tapos na, i-click ang Save para ma-save ang pagbabago. Kapag matagumpay ang update, may lalabas na success message.

Delete a Location

A location cannot be deleted if it still contains products. Hindi puwedeng i-delete ang isang location kung may laman pa itong produkto.

All products must be transferred to another location before deletion is allowed. Kailangan munang ilipat ang lahat ng produkto sa ibang location bago ito puwedeng tanggalin.
