This feature allows you to release items from a sales order for delivery. You can create a full release or a partial release, depending on available inventory. Ang feature na ito ay ginagamit para ilabas ang mga item mula sa Sales Order para ma-deliver sa customer. Maaari kang gumawa ng full release o partial release, depende sa available na inventory.

There are two ways to create a Releasing: May dalawang paraan para gumawa ng Releasing:

1. From the Releasings page — Click the Create button to start a new releasing. Mula sa Releasings page — I-click ang Create button upang magsimula ng bagong releasing.
2. From the Sales Order's Releasing tab — Create a releasing directly within the Sales Order’s tab. Mula sa Releasings tab ng Sales Order — Gumawa ng releasing direkta sa loob ng Sales Order. </aside>

Create a Releasing: From the Releasings page

1. In the Releasings page, Click the Create button located at the top page. Sa Releasings page, i-click ang "Create" button na makikita sa taas ng page.

1. In the New Releasing Create page, you may input optional Delivery Details such as Vehicle, Delivery Date, Driver, Checker, Helper, and Dispatcher. Sa New Releasing Create page, maaari kang maglagay ng mga optional na Delivery Details tulad ng Vehicle, Delivery Date, Driver, Checker, Helper, at Dispatcher.

1. Under the Order Items section, select an Order.

• Sa **Order Items** section, pumili ng Order.*

  In the Releasing Create page, you can only select one sales order to be delivered as a single delivery.

     *Sa **Releasing Create** page, puwede ka lamang pumili ng **isang sales order** na ide-deliver bilang iisang delivery.*

2. Click the plus [➕] button to add the order to the release. I-click ang plus button para malagay ang order sa release form.

3. Input the required fields such as: Location, and Quantity. Ilagay ang mga required fields tulad ng: Location at Quantity.

   <aside> ⚠️

   You can modify the quantity to release for a partial release.

   The released quantity should not be greater than the order quantity. Puwede mong baguhin ang quantity kung partial release lang ang gagawin. Siguraduhin lang na ang i-re-release na quantity ay hindi lalampas o so-sobra sa order quantity.

1. Once all details are complete, Click the Complete Button. Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng detalye, pindutin ang Complete.

   You may also save the record as Pending. Pending releasings are not processed until they are marked as completed. Maaari mo ring i-save bilang Pending. Hindi pa ito mapo-proseso hangga’t hindi kino-Complete.

2. A Confirmation Modal will appear. Lalabas ang confirmation modal.

3. Click Submit to process the release. I-click ang Submit upang iproseso ang release.

Create a Releasing: From the Sales Order’s Releasings tab

1. Go to the Sales Order page and open a pending order. Pumunta sa Sales Order page at buksan ang isang pending order.

2. Click the RELEASINGS tab. I-click ang RELEASINGS tab.

3. To add a releasing, select a product, choose the location, and input the quantity. Para magdagdag ng releasing, piliin ang product, piliin ang location, at ilagay ang quantity.

   You can modify the quantity for a partial release. Maaari mong baguhin ang quantity kung partial release lamang ang gagawin.

   The released quantity should not be greater than the order quantity. Hindi dapat mas mataas ang released quantity kaysa sa order quantity.

4. Once all details are complete, Click the Complete button. Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng detalye, i-click ang Complete button.

   You may also save the releasing as Pending by clicking the dropdown icon beside the Complete button and selecting Save as Pending. Maaari mo ring i-save ang releasing bilang Pending sa pamamagitan ng pag-click sa dropdown icon sa tabi ng Complete button at piliin ang Save as Pending.

5. A Confirmation Modal will appear. Lalabas ang isang Confirmation Modal.

6. Click Submit to process the release. I-click ang Submit upang iproseso ang release.

Only locations with enough available quantity for the order will be shown; those with less than the required quantity will be hidden.

 *Ang mga locations lamang na may sapat na inventory quantity ang kasama sa maaari mong pag-pilian. Ang mga locations na kulang o walang sapat na inventory ay wala sa dropdown.*
