Create New Stocktake:

1. In the Stocktake page, Click the “Create” button located at the top page.

   

2. In the New Stocktake create page, select a Location. A list of all available products in the selected location will be displayed.

3. Optionally, enter Remarks.

   

4. Input the desired Counted Quantity to adjust.

5. You may delete the product row if it’s not required or no changes needed.

   

6. Once done, click Submit to create the Stocktake.

Update or Edit a Stocktake:

Note: You can only edit stocktake details if the status is “Pending”.

1. Open a Stocktake by clicking the code.
2. Enter the new details and then click the Submit button to save. A message will appear if the sales order is saved successfully.

To Complete a Stocktake:

1. Change the status from Pending to Completed,
2. Click Submit.
3. A toast message will appear: “Stocktake updated successfully.”

To Cancel a Stocktake:

1. Change the status from Pending to Cancelled,
2. Click Submit.

Deleting a Stocktake record is only allowed if the status is “Pending: OUT.”
