Creating a Price Matrix Rule
Example: Apply a 20% discount to all products from Supplier CASIO.
- Go to the Sales Price Matrix page
- Click Create.
- Under Price Rule, fill in:
- Rule Type: Discount Mark Down
- Amount: 20%
- Selection: You can set all, or fill out any of the three:
Product Type (e.g. DEVICE)
Product Attributes (e.g. Color - Gray)
Supplier (e.g. CASIO)
- Click Add to create the rule.
- Enter the Price Matrix Name.
- Click Submit fully create the Sales Price Matrix.
Result:

All products linked to Supplier CASIO, with Product Type DEVICE and Product Attribute Color – Gray, will have a 20% discount when the rule applies.
Creating an Override
Example: Apply a fixed unit price of PHP 1,000 to a specific product.
- Go to Sales Price Matrix page
- Click or Open an existing Price Matrix.
- Navigate to the Override tab.
- Click Add new override, fill in:
- Rule Type: Unit Price Change
- Amount: PHP 1,000
- Selection: Choose the specific product.
- Click Add to create the override.
- Click Submit to save changes.
Result:
The chosen product(s) will always follow this override price, even if a broader Price Rule applies.

Assigning Price Matrices to Customers
To make the pricing rules active for a specific customer:
- Open an existing Price Matrix.
- Go to the Customers tab.
- Click Add Customers.
- Select customers by checking the boxes.
- Use the search bar to quickly find a customer.
- Click Select All to apply to all customers.
- Click Save to confirm.
- Changes are saved automatically.

You can set a Sales Price Matrix to Active or Inactive depending on whether you want it to apply to orders.

How It Works:
Once a Price Matrix is assigned:
- When the customer orders a product that meets the rule’s conditions, the system automatically applies the correct discount or special price.
- Overrides will always take priority over general rules.
