Creating a Price Matrix Rule

Example: Apply a 20% discount to all products from Supplier CASIO.

  1. Go to the Sales Price Matrix page
  2. Click Create.
  3. Under Price Rule, fill in:
  4. Click Add to create the rule.
  5. Enter the Price Matrix Name.
  6. Click Submit fully create the Sales Price Matrix.

Result:

All products linked to Supplier CASIO, with Product Type DEVICE and Product Attribute Color – Gray, will have a 20% discount when the rule applies.

Creating an Override

Example: Apply a fixed unit price of PHP 1,000 to a specific product.

  1. Go to Sales Price Matrix page
  2. Click or Open an existing Price Matrix.
  3. Navigate to the Override tab.
  4. Click Add new override, fill in:
  5. Click Add to create the override.
  6. Click Submit to save changes.

Result:

The chosen product(s) will always follow this override price, even if a broader Price Rule applies.

Assigning Price Matrices to Customers

To make the pricing rules active for a specific customer:

  1. Open an existing Price Matrix.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Click Add Customers.
  4. Select customers by checking the boxes.
  5. Click Save to confirm.
  6. Changes are saved automatically.

You can set a Sales Price Matrix to Active or Inactive depending on whether you want it to apply to orders.
