Branching lets you manage multiple business locations in the system—like stores, warehouses, or offices.

Each branch has its own inventory, sales, and records. This helps you track what’s happening at each location separately. You can also control which users can see or access certain branches. Reports and transactions can be filtered by branch, so it’s easy to monitor performance per location.

Use Branching if your business has more than one site and you want to keep everything organized.

Set Up Branching

  1. On the Menu, go to the Settings page.
  2. Navigate to the Branching Settings > Then Go to the Branching tab.
  3. Toggle Enable Branching to activate the Branching.
  4. A confirmation message will appear that branching has been successfully updated.

Enabling this will allow you to create branches of your company. This will also hide the Users button in the menu.

You cannot disable Branching if there are users assigned to any branches. Make sure to unassign all users first before disabling.
