The Exchange Rate Conversion feature allows you to create Sales Orders using a different currency from your base currency. Once a different currency is selected, the system will automatically convert prices based on the current exchange rate set in the system.

How to Enable Currency Conversion:

  1. Go to Settings

    From the Menu, click Settings.

  2. Open Sales Order Settings

    Under Sales Settings, select Sales Order.

  3. Toggle the ‘Enable Currency Conversion’

    This will enable currency conversion for orders.

  4. Your settings are applied automatically.

How to Use Currency Conversion:

  1. Go to the Sales Order page and Create an order.
  2. After filling in the required fields, scroll to the Payment Details section and find the Currency dropdown.
  3. Select your preferred currency:
  4. The conversion rate will automatically appear based on the real-time exchange rate set in the system.
  5. Proceed to the Order Items section and: Select products from the dropdown and Input the quantity

All amounts in the order will use the selected currency. However, the Sales Order table will still display the converted PHP amount for reference.

  1. you can also add: Discount per product, Additional Services, Overall Order Discount, and Tax.
  2. Once all details are complete, click Submit to create the Sales Order.

Once you submit the order, the currency can no longer be changed.

However, you can still modify the conversion rate if necessary.
