The Exchange Rate Conversion feature allows you to create Sales Orders using a different currency from your base currency. Once a different currency is selected, the system will automatically convert prices based on the current exchange rate set in the system. Ang Exchange Rate Conversion na feature ay ginagamit para gumawa ng Sales Orders gamit ang ibang currency bukod sa iyong base currency. Kapag pumili ka ng ibang currency, awtomatikong iko-convert ng system ang mga presyo batay sa kasalukuyang exchange rate na naka-set sa system.

How to Enable Currency Conversion:

 *Paano I-Enable ang Currency Conversion*

1. Go to the Settings page Pumunta sa Settings page
2. Click the Sales settings in the Settings Menu I-click ang Sales settings sa Settings Menu
3. Under the Sales Order Settings, toggle ‘Enable Currency Conversion’ Sa ilalim ng Sales Order Settings, hanapin ang option na “Enable Currency Conversion” at i-on (toggle) ito
   • This will enable currency conversion for orders. Kapag naka-on ito, puwede nang gumamit ng ibang currency sa paggawa ng orders
4. Your settings are applied automatically. Awtomatikong maa-apply ang iyong mga settings

How to Use Currency Conversion:

 *Paano Gamitin ang Currency Conversion:*

1. Go to the Sales Orders page and Create an order. Pumunta sa Sales Orders page at gumawa ng order

2. After filling in the required fields, Locate the Payment Details section and find the Currency dropdown. Pagkatapos punan ang mga kinakailangang impormasyon, hanapin ang Payment Details section at tingnan ang Currency dropdown

3. Select your preferred currency: Piliin ang currency na gusto mong gamitin:

   • PHP – Philippine Peso (Philippines)
   • USD – US Dollar (United States)
   • CNY – Chinese Yuan (China)
   • EUR – Euro (European Union)
   • CAD – Canadian Dollar (Canada)
   • HKD – Hong Kong Dollar (Hong Kong)

4. The conversion rate will automatically appear based on the real-time exchange rate set in the system. Awtomatikong lalabas ang conversion rate base sa kasalukuyang exchange rate na naka-set sa system

5. Proceed to the Order Items section and: Select products from the dropdown and Input the quantity Magpatuloy sa Order Items section at pumili ng mga produkto mula sa dropdown at ilagay ang bilang

   All amounts in the order will use the selected currency. However, the Sales Order table will still display the converted PHP amount for reference. Lahat ng presyo sa order ay gagamit ng currency na pinili. Pero sa Sales Order table, makikita pa rin ang equivalent na presyo sa PHP bilang reference.

6. You can also add: Discount per product, Additional Services, Overall Order Discount, Credits and Tax. Maaari ka ring magdagdag ng Discount bawat produkto, Additional Services, Overall Order Discount, Credits, at Tax

7. Once all details are complete, click Submit to create the Sales Order. Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng detalye, i-click ang Submit para magawa ang Sales Order
