Easily update multiple inventory locations at once using the bulk update feature.

 ***Madaling i-update ang maraming inventory locations nang sabay gamit ang bulk update feature.***

STEP 1: Download the Template

 ***HAKBANG 1: I-download ang Template***

1. Go to the Locations page Pumunta sa Locations page
2. Open the Bulk Adjust modal Buksan ang Bulk Adjust modal
3. Click the Download Template button to get the file format needed for updating your inventory locations. I-click ang Download Template para makuha ang file na gagamitin sa pag-update ng inventory.

STEP 2: Fill in the Template

 ***HAKBANG 2: Punan ang Template***

Open the downloaded file and update the necessary fields for each location. Buksan ang na-download na file at i-update ang mga kinakailangang field para sa bawat location.

✅ Important:

Make sure the location name in the template matches exactly with the existing location in the system — this ensures that your updates apply correctly. Siguraduhin na ang pangalan ng location sa file ay kaparehong-kapareho ng nasa system. Kung mali o may kulang na spelling, hindi maa-apply ang update.

Template columns:

 ***Mga Column sa Template***

• inventoryLocation – The name of the inventory location. (Not editable)
  • *inventoryLocation – Pangalan ng inventory location. (Hindi puwedeng i-edit)*
• productId – System ID of the product. (Not editable)
  • *productId – System ID ng produkto. (Hindi puwedeng i-edit)*
• product – Product name. (For reference only)
  • *product – Pangalan ng produkto. (Para sa reference lamang)*
• code – Product code. (For reference only)
  • *code – Product code. (Para sa reference lamang)*
• quantity – The only editable column; enter the updated quantity for each product at the specified location.
  • *quantity– Ito lang ang puwedeng i-edit o baguhin; ilagay ang updated quantity ng bawat produkto sa location na iyon.*

💡 Notes:

• Only the quantity column should be edited; the other columns are used to match existing records and should remain unchanged. Quantity column lamang ang dapat baguhin; ang ibang columns ay ginagamit para maitugma ang existing records kaya huwag itong baguhin.
• If you only want to update certain products or locations, you can delete the rows you don’t plan to edit. Kung gusto mong i-update ang ilang produkto o locations lang, maaari mong burahin ang mga row na hindi mo babaguhin.
  • This will not delete those products or locations from the system — it will simply skip updating them. Hindi nito buburahin ang mga produkto o locations sa system — hindi lang sila isasama sa update.

When you download the template, it will list all existing inventory locations along with the products currently stored in them. Kapag nag-download ka ng template, makikita mo dito ang lahat ng existing inventory locations kasama ang mga produktong naka-store sa mga ito.

Just edit what you need, then upload. I-edit lamang ang kailangan, pagkatapos ay i-upload ang file.

STEP 3: Upload the Completed File

 ***HAKBANG 2: I-upload ang Natapos na File***

Once the file is ready, upload it using the Bulk Update modal. Kapag handa na ang file, i-upload ito gamit ang Bulk Update modal.

The system will apply the changes based on the data you’ve entered. Awtomatikong ilalapat ng system ang mga pagbabago base sa data na inilagay mo.
