Open the downloaded file and update the necessary fields for each location.
✅ Important:
Make sure the location name in the template matches exactly with the existing location in the system — this ensures that your updates apply correctly.
inventoryLocation – The name of the inventory location. (Not editable)productId – System ID of the product. (Not editable)product – Product name. (For reference only)code – Product code. (For reference only)quantity – The only editable column; enter the updated quantity for each product at the specified location.💡 Notes:

When you download the template, it will list all existing inventory locations along with the products currently stored in them.
Just edit what you need, then upload.
