A. Required Columns

Branch Name, Customer Name, and Remarks must be provided on all rows belonging to the same Sales Order.

These columns are required and must not be left blank.
branchName – The branch where the Sales Order will be created.

All items within a Sales Order must belong to the same branch.

productNameOrCode – The product name or product code of the item included in the Sales Order.
baseUnitQuantity – The quantity of the product to be ordered, based on its base unit.
unitPrice – The selling price per unit of the product.
customerName – The name of the customer associated with the Sales Order.
B. Optional Column
This column is optional; you may fill them in if you need them, or simply leave them blank:
remarks – Additional notes or comments related to the Sales Order.

If provided, the same remarks value must be entered on all rows of the same Sales Order.

Once done, upload the filled-out file through the Create Sales Orders Import window.
The system will automatically create the sales order/s along with the products you’ve stated.
