Easily import multiple Stock Adjustments using the import feature.

STEP 1: Download the Template

 ***HAKBANG 1: I-download ang Template***

1. Go to the Stock Adjustments page. Pumunta sa Stock Adjustments page.
2. Click the Import button. I-click ang Import button.
3. Click Create Stock Adjustments. I-click ang Create Stock Adjustments.
4. Click the Download Template button to get the file format needed. I-click ang Download Template button para makuha ang kinakailangang file format.

STEP 2: Fill in the Template

 ***HAKBANG 2: Punan ang Template***

A. Required Columns A. Mga Required na Column

These columns are required and must not be left blank. Ang mga column na ito ay required at hindi maaaring iwanang blangko:

• flow – Specifies adjustment type:

  • IN → Increase stock

  • OUT → Decrease stock

       *Tinutukoy kung dagdag o bawas ang stock.*
    

• productNameOrCode – Exact product name or product code. Eksaktong pangalan o code ng produkto.

• baseUnitQuantity – Quantity to adjust (Base Units only). Dami ng ia-adjust (Base Units lamang).

• locationName – Exact inventory location name (case-sensitive). Eksaktong pangalan ng location (case-sensitive).

B. Optional Columns B. Mga Optional na Column

These columns are optional and can be left blank if not needed: Ang mga column na ito ay opsyonal at maaaring iwanang blangko:

• batchNumber – Required only for batched products. Must exist in the system.
• serialNumbers – Required for serialized products (comma-separated).

Notes:

• Stock adjustments only support base unit quantities. Base units lamang ang sinusuportahan.
• The location name must match exactly (case-sensitive). Dapat eksaktong tugma ang location name.
• The quantity is treated as an absolute value, so ensure the correct IN or OUT is selected. Siguraduhing tama ang IN o OUT dahil absolute value ang quantity.
