Easily import multiple Stocktakes using the import feature.

STEP 1: Download the Template

 ***HAKBANG 1: I-download ang Template***

1. Go to the Stocktakes page. Pumunta sa Stocktakes page.
2. Click the Import button. I-click ang Import button.
3. Click Create Stocktake. I-click ang Create Stocktake.
4. Click the Download Template button to get the file format needed. I-click ang Download Template button para makuha ang kinakailangang file format.

STEP 2: Fill in the Template

The Stocktake Import template is composed of multiple sheets. Each sheet contains specific data required for the stocktake process. Ang Stocktake Import template ay binubuo ng iba’t ibang sheets, at bawat sheet ay may specific na data na kailangan para sa stocktake process.

<aside> ⚠️ Only the Stocktake sheet should be modified. All other sheets must remain unchanged to avoid import errors. **** Tanging ang Stocktake sheet lamang ang dapat baguhin. Ang ibang sheets ay hindi dapat galawin upang maiwasan ang error sa pag-import.

A. Stocktake Sheet (Main Sheet)

Required Columns

These columns are required and must not be left blank. Ang mga column na ito ay required at hindi maaaring iwanang blangko:

• identifier – Product name, product code, or barcode. Must exist in the system.
• location – Inventory location. Each location creates a separate stocktake line.
• total – Actual counted quantity for the product. Must be a number.
• entry1 – First counted quantity entry (if used, otherwise defaults to 0).

Optional Columns

These columns are optional and can be left blank if not needed: Ang mga column na ito ay opsyonal at maaaring iwanang blangko:

• batchName – Batch number (required only for batched products).
• manufacturingDate – Manufacturing date (DD/MM/YYYY).
• expirationDate – Expiration date (DD/MM/YYYY).
• unit – Unit of measurement (e.g. Box, Piece). If blank, system uses base unit.
• entry2 – entry5 – Additional counted quantity entries.

<aside> ⚠️ Serialized Products (Inventory Type) are currently not supported in the Stocktake module. Sa kasalukuyan, ang Serialized Products (Inventory Type) ay hindi pa supported sa Stocktake module.

B. Products Sheet

The Products sheet contains all product master data for reference and validation. Ang Products sheet ay naglalaman ng lahat ng product master data para sa reference at validation.

Columns included:

• **Code** – Unique product code
• **Name** – Product name
• **Barcode** – Product barcode
• Product Type ID – Type classification of the product
• Suggested Retail Price – Recommended selling price
• Buying Price – Cost price of the product
• Selling Price – Selling price of the product
• Minimum Quantity – Minimum stock threshold
• Size – Product dimensions or size
• Weight – Product weight

C. Locations Sheet
