Customers Page Overview
The Customers Page displays key information about each customer, including their address, contact details, payment information, as well as linked orders, collections, and remaining receivables. It allows you to quickly view, update, and manage customer records.
Customers Page

Each customer profile displays the following details:
- Name – The registered name of the customer.
- Email – Primary email address for communication.
- Phone Number/s – Contact numbers provided for the customer.
- Delivery Addresses – Delivery addresses used for orders.
- Payment Terms – The agreed number of days allowed to settle invoices (e.g., 30 days).
- Customer Group – The group to which the customer belongs.
All this information is editable through the Details tab at a specific customer’s profile page.
Create New Customer
- In the Customers page, Click the Create button located at the top page.
- Enter the customer’s basic details under the Address & Contact Info section:

- Name – Required display name of the customer.
Optional fields:
- Legal Name – Official registered name.
- Code – Internal customer code.
- Business Style – Business classification or type.
- Mailing Address – Primary address for documents and delivery.
- Region – Region of the address.
- Province – Province of the address.
- City/Municipality – City or municipality of the address.
- Barangay – Barangay of the address.
- Postal Code – Postal code of the address.
- Primary Email – Email used for communication and invoices.
- Contact Number – Customer’s mobile or landline number.
- Customer Group – Group classification (if applicable).
- Website – Optional website link.
- Remarks – Additional notes or comments.
- Delivery Addresses –
- Add one or more delivery addresses using the ➕ icon.
- You can delete any address using the 🗑️ icon.

- Fill Out the Payment Info

Bank – Select the customer’s bank.

Account Number – Enter the customer’s bank account number.

Payment Terms – Enter the agreed number of days for payment (e.g., 30).

EWT % – Enter the customer’s expanded withholding tax percentage.
💡 This value will automatically reflect in the Sales Order when this customer is selected.

Sales Price Matrix – Assign a sales price matrix (if applicable).

Sales Agent – Assign a sales agent to the customer.

TIN – Enter the customer’s Tax Identification Number.

Credit Limit – Set the maximum allowed credit for this customer.

VAT Chargeable – Enable this if the customer is VAT chargeable by default.

- Once you're done, click the Submit button to create the new customer. A confirmation message will appear if the customer has been successfully created.
