Order Actions

The Order Actions allow users to manage and control the state of a purchase order, including cancelling, locking, or deleting the order based on the specific requirements or status of the order. Ang Order Actions ay ginagamit ng mga user para pamahalaan at kontrolin ang estado ng isang Purchase Order, kabilang ang pag-cancel, pag-lock, o pag-delete ng order depende sa pangangailangan o kasalukuyang status nito.

Cancel a Purchase Order:

 ***Pag-cancel ng Purchase Order:***

This feature voids the order, marking it as no longer valid. Ang feature na ito ay nagvo-void ng order at minamarkahan itong hindi na valid.

When confirming to lock the order, you will need to check the following boxes:

 ***Sa pag-confirm ng pag-cancel ng order, kailangan mong i-check ang sumusunod:***

1. I confirm that I want to cancel this purchase order. This will revert all receivings, payments, returns, and refunds. Kinukumpirma ko na gusto kong i-cancel ang purchase order na ito. Ibabalik nito ang lahat ng receivings, payments, returns, at refunds.

   <aside> ⚠️ When a Purchase Order is cancelled, all associated releasings, collections, returns, and refunds will be reverted. Kapag na-cancel ang isang Purchase Order, lahat ng kaugnay na releasings, collections, returns, at refunds ay mare-revert.

Lock a Purchase Order:

 ***Pag-lock ng Purchase Order:***

This feature finalizes the order to prevent further changes. Ang feature na ito ay nagfa-finalize ng order upang maiwasan ang anumang pagbabago. You can lock an order regardless of its order status. However, an order marked as Completed is automatically locked. Maaari mong i-lock ang isang order anuman ang status nito. Gayunpaman, ang order na may status na Completed ay awtomatikong naka-lock.

When confirming to lock the order, you will need to check the following boxes:

 ***Sa pag-confirm ng pag-lock ng order, kailangan mong i-check ang sumusunod:***

1. I confirm that this purchase order is final and cannot be changed after locking. Kinukumpirma ko na ang purchase order na ito ay final na at hindi na maaaring baguhin matapos itong i-lock.
2. Adjust quantities to match completed receiving quantities (optional) I-adjust ang quantities para tumugma sa completed receiving quantities (optional)

   • If checked, the order quantity will automatically adjust to reflect the number of units that have already been received. For example, if the order is for 10 units but only 5 units have been received, the order quantity will be reduced to 5 units upon locking.

        ***Kapag naka-check ito, kusa nang mag-a-adjust ang order quantity base sa bilang ng units na na-received na.** Halimbawa, kung ang order ay para sa 10 units pero 5 units lang ang na-receive, babawasan ang order quantity at magiging 5 units na lang pag na-lock.*
     

Delete a Purchase Order

 ***Pag-delete ng Purchase Order***

This feature permanently deletes the order from the system, leaving no trace. Ang feature na ito ay permanenteng nagtatanggal ng order sa system at hindi na ito mare-recover.

Deleting an order is only allowed under specific condition:

 ***Ang pag-delete ng order ay pinapayagan lamang sa sumusunod na kondisyon:***

• The order status is marked as Pending — No Payments and No Receivings. Ang order status ay naka-mark na Pending — Walang Payments at walang Receivings.

Print a Purchase Order:

 ***Pag-print ng Purchase Order:***

This feature allows you to generate and print a copy of an existing Purchase Order Ang feature na ito ay ginagamit upang makagawa at makapag-print ng kopya ng isang existing na Purchase Order.

1. On the selected Purchase Order, click the Print button at the top of the page, beside Cancel Sa napiling Purchase Order, i-click ang Print button sa itaas ng page, katabi ng Cancel.
2. A list of printout types will appear — Purchase Order Form (with prices), Purchase Order Form (without prices). Lalabas ang listahan ng mga uri ng printout — Purchase Order Form (may presyo), Purchase Order Form (walang presyo)
3. Choose the type of printout you need. Piliin ang uri ng printout na kailangan mo.
4. Click *Print. *** I-click ang Print.
