The Quick Checkout is a simplified order processing tool that allows users to quickly create and complete sales transactions in just a few steps. It’s designed for fast-moving retail or wholesale.

This feature needs to be enabled in the Settings before it can be used.

Set Up Quick Checkout

  1. On the Menu, go to the Settings page.
  2. Navigate to the Sales Settings > Then Go to the Quick Checkout Setting.
  3. Toggle Default inventory location to activate the Quick Checkout
  4. Assign a default inventory location to quick checkout orders.
  5. A confirmation message will appear if the default location has been successfully updated.

Quick Checkout is like a Sales Order but in a faster, more streamlined format.

Just select the products, choose the payment method, add remarks if needed, then hit submit.

The order is automatically marked as Completed, Paid, and Delivered — no extra steps needed.
