The Quick Checkout is a simplified order processing tool that allows users to quickly create and complete sales transactions in just a few steps. It’s designed for fast-moving retail or wholesale.

Set Up Quick Checkout

  1. Go to the Settings page
  2. Click the Sales settings in the Settings Menu.
  3. Go to the Quick Checkout tab.
  4. Click Assign user locations.
  5. Assign default inventory location/s for the specified user in quick checkout orders.
  6. A confirmation message will appear once the default location has been successfully updated.

Quick Checkout is like a Sales Order but in a faster, more streamlined format.

Just select the products, choose the payment method, add remarks if needed, then hit submit.

The order is automatically marked as Completed, Paid, and Delivered — no extra steps needed.
