The Releasings page shows all items that have been or will be sent out from the warehouse, based on sales orders. You can see the status of each release: Pending, Completed, or Cancelled. This page helps track what products were sent out, when, how much, and to which customer. You can also create new releasing records or update existing ones. Ang Releasings page ay nagpapakita ng lahat ng items na ilalabas o nailabas na sa warehouse, base sa mga sales order. Makikita rito ang status ng bawat releasing: Pending, Completed, o Cancelled. Nakakatulong ang page na ito upang makita kung anong mga produkto ang naipadala, kailan ito naipadala, gaano karami, at kung kaninong customer ito nakalaan. Maaari ka ring gumawa ng bagong releasing record o mag-update ng mga kasalukuyang record.

Statuses

The Releasings page has quick status filters you can click to easily view releasings by status — super helpful when you want to check things fast! Ang Releasings page ay may Quick Status Filters na maaari mong i-click upang madaling makita ang mga releasings ayon sa kanilang status. Malaking tulong ito kapag gusto mong mabilis na mag-check ng records.

Releasings statuses: Mga Status ng Releasings:

ALL – Shows all releasing records, no matter the status. ALL - Ipinapakita ang lahat ng releasing records, kahit ano pa ang status.

Pending – The items are not yet released from the warehouse. Pending - Ang mga items ay hindi pa nailalabas sa warehouse.

Completed – The items were successfully delivered to the customer. Completed - Ang mga items ay na-deliver na sa customer.

Cancelled – The releasing was cancelled and will not be delivered. Cancelled - Ang releasing ay nakansela na at hindi na ide-deliver.

Aside from the Quick Status Filter, you can narrow down Releasings in other ways: Bukod sa Quick Status Filter, puwede mo ring hanapin o ayusin ang releasings gamit ang mga sumusunod:

Using Search Bar:

1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Releasings table. Pumunta sa Search bar sa itaas ng Releasings table.
2. Type the order code, customer name, or any keyword, then press Enter or click the Search button. I-type ang order code, pangalan ng customer, o anumang keyword, pagkatapos ay pindutin ang Enter o i-click ang Search button.
3. Click the DR Number to view the Releasings details. I-click ang DR Number upang makita ang detalye ng Releasings.

Using Filters:

1. Click the Filter button beside the Search bar. I-click ang Filter button sa tabi ng Search bar.
2. A pop-out filter card will appear where you can select from several filter options to refine your results. Lalabas ang isang filter card kung saan maaari kang pumili ng iba't ibang filter options upang mas mapino ang resulta.
3. Click the Apply Filters button to apply your filter. I-click ang Apply Filters button upang mailapat ang iyong mga filter.
