The Releasings page shows all items that have been or will be sent out from the warehouse, based on sales orders. You can see the status of each release: Pending, In Transit, Completed, or Cancelled. This page helps track what products were sent out, when, how much, and to which customer. You can also create new releasing records or update existing ones.

Statuses

Releasings page has quick status filters you can click to easily view releasings by status — super helpful when you want to check things fast!

Releasings statuses:

ALL – Shows all releasing records, no matter the status.

Pending – The items are not yet released from the warehouse.

In Transit – The items have left the warehouse and are on their way to the customer.

Completed – The items were successfully delivered to the customer.

Cancelled – The releasing was cancelled and will not be delivered.

Aside from the Quick Status Filter, you can narrow down Releasings in other ways:

Using Search Bar:

1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Releasings table
2. Type the order code, customer name, or any keyword, then press Enter or click the Search button.
3. Click the DR Number to view the Releasings details.

Using Filters:

1. Click the Filter button beside the Search bar.
2. A pop-out filter card will appear where you can select from several filter options to refine your results.
3. Click the Apply Filters button to apply your filters.
