The Sales Refunds page allows users to manage and monitor customer refunds. It displays the refund code, related sales order code, amount, and the date when the refund was created. Ang Sales Refunds page ay ginagamit para tingnan at i-manage ang mga refund ng customer. Ipinapakita rito ang refund code, kaugnay na sales order code, halaga, at ang petsa kung kailan ginawa ang refund.

You can narrow down Sales Returns in two ways: May dalawang paraan para mas madaling makita ang refund na hinahanap mo:

1. Using Search Bar Gamit ang Search Bar
2. Using **Sorts **Gamit ang Sorts </aside>

Using Search Bar:

1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Sales refunds table Pumunta sa Search Bar sa taas ng Sales Refunds table.
2. Type the refund code, sales order code, or any keyword, then press Enter or click the Search button. I-type ang refund code, sales order code, o anumang keyword, pagkatapos ay pindutin ang Enter o i-click ang Search button.
3. Click the Code to view the Refund details. I-click ang Code ng refund para makita ang buong detalye nito.

Using Sorts:

 ***Paggamit ng Sort:***

1. Click the Sort button beside the Search bar. I-click ang Sort button sa tabi ng Search Bar.
2. A drop-down menu will appear with the following sorting options: Lalabas ang drop-down menu na may mga pagpipilian:
   • Created (Latest to Earliest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the most recent refund. Created (Latest to Earliest) – isosort ang mga record base sa petsa ng pagkakagawa, mula sa pinakabagong refund.
   • Created (Earliest to Latest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the oldest refund. Created (Earliest to Latest) – isosort ang mga record batay sa petsa ng pagkakagawa, mula sa pinakalumang refund.
