Sales Returns Overview

The Sales Returns page allows users to manage and track the return of products from customers. It includes the Sales return Code, status of the return, customer information, releasing details, and the dates when the return was created and completed. Ang Sales Returns page ay ginagamit para pamahalaan at makita ang mga produktong ibinalik ng customer. Kasama rito ang Sales Return Code, status ng return, impormasyon ng customer, mga detalye ng pag-release, at ang mga petsa kung kailan ginawa at natapos ang return.

Statuses

Sales Return Statuses: Mga Status ng Sales Return

Pending: The sales return has been created, but the returned items have not yet been added back to inventory. The return is still ongoing, and the items are not yet physically returned or not yet processed.

Pending: Ginawa na ang return record, pero hindi pa naibabalik sa inventory ang mga item. Maaaring hindi pa pisikal na naibabalik ng customer ang item o hindi pa napoproseso sa system.

Completed: The sales return has been fully processed. The returned items have been added back to inventory, and any required exchanges have been issued. The return is now finalized.

Completed: Tapos na ang proseso ng return. Ang mga ibinalik na item ay naibalik na sa inventory at naibigay na rin ang kapalit kung may exchange.

Using Search Bar:

Go to Search bar at the top of the Sales returns table. Pumunta sa Search Bar sa taas ng Sales Returns table.
Type the order code, customer name, or any keyword, then press Enter or click the Search button. I-type ang order code, pangalan ng customer, o anumang keyword, pagkatapos pindutin ang Enter o i-click ang Search button.
Click the Code to view the Return details. I-click ang Code para makita ang buong detalye ng return.
