The Sales Returns page allows users to manage and track the return of products from customers. It includes the Sales return Code, status of the return, customer information, releasing details, and the dates when the return was created and completed.

Statuses

Sales Return Statuses:

Pending: The "Pending" status means that the sales return has been created, but the returned items have not yet been added back to inventory. The return process is still ongoing, and the items are yet to be physically returned or processed.

Completed: The "Completed" status indicates that the sales return has been fully processed. The items have been returned to inventory, and any necessary refunds or exchanges have been issued, marking the return as finalized.

You can narrow down Sales Returns in three ways:

  1. Using Search Bar
  2. Using Filters
  3. Using Sorts </aside>

Using Search Bar:

  1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Sales returns table
  2. Type the order code, customer name, or any keyword, then press Enter or click the Search button.
  3. Click the Code to view the Return details.

Using Filters:

  1. Click the Filter button beside the Search bar.
  2. A pop-out filter card will appear where you can select from several filter options to refine your results.
