Serialized products are items that require tracking by unique Serial Numbers. Ang serialized products ay mga item na kailangang i-track gamit ang natatanging Serial Numbers.

Creating a serialized product follows the same process as creating a regular product, with one additional step. Ang paggawa ng serialized product ay pareho lang ng proseso sa paggawa ng regular na produkto, ngunit may isang karagdagang hakbang.

Steps to Create a Serialized Product

 ***Mga Hakbang sa Paggawa ng Serialized Product***

1. From the Dashboard, go to Products. Mula sa Dashboard, pumunta sa Products.
2. Click Add New Product. I-click ang Add New Product.
3. Fill in the required fields (Product Name, Code, Description, etc.). Punan ang mga kinakailangang field (Product Name, Code, Description, atbp.).
4. In the Inventory Type field, select Serialized Product. ✅ Sa field na Inventory Type, piliin ang Serialized Product. (This is the only difference from creating a regular product.) (Ito lamang ang kaibahan kumpara sa paggawa ng regular na produkto.)
5. Complete the remaining fields as needed (Supplier, Pricing, etc.). Kumpletuhin ang iba pang field kung kinakailangan (Supplier, Pricing, atbp.).
6. Click Save. I-click ang Save.

Product Profile — Serials Tab

Once a serialized product is created, an additional Serials tab will appear in the product profile. Pagkatapos gumawa ng serialized product, makikita ang bagong tab na Serials sa product profile.

• Serial Number – The unique identifier assigned to the seriliazed item.

  • Serial Number – Ang unique na identifier na ibinibigay sa isang serialized item.

  ⚠️ Each Serial Number = 1 Quantity.

  Bawat Serial Number = 1 Bilang.

  🖱️ Clicking the serial number will open the Serial Transaction Modal, which shows the full transaction history linked to that serial number (e.g., Receivings, Releasings, Adjustments, Transfers). Kapag klinik ang serial number, magbubukas ang Serial Transaction Modal, na nagpapakita ng buong transaction history na nauugnay sa serial number na iyon (hal. Receivings, Releasings, Adjustments, Transfers).

  

• Location – Shows where the serialized item is stored.

  • Location - Ipinapakita kung saan naka-store ang serialized item.

• On Hand? – Indicates if the serialized item is currently available (✓ for available, ✗ for unavailable).

  • On Hand? – Ipinapakita kung available pa ang serialized item (✓ kung available, ✗ kung hindi).

• Last Updated – The most recent date/time when details of the serialized item were modified.

  • Last Updated - Huling oras o araw kung kailan may nabago sa serialized item.

• Creation Date – The date when the serialized item was first created in the system.

  • Creation Date - Kailan unang na-encode sa system ang serialized item

Transactions for Serialized Products

Once created, serialized products can be managed through different transactions. Kapag naggawa na ang serialized product, maaaring pamahalaan ito sa pamamagitan ng iba’t ibang transactions.

1. Product Actions (from Product Profile)

In the serialized product profile, you will see the following action buttons under Inventory Locations: Sa serialized product profile, makikita ang mga sumusunod na action buttons sa ilalim ng Inventory Locations:

• Add → Increases stock quantity. You will need to enter unique Serial Numbers, then select a location.
  • Add → Dinadagdagan ang stock quantity. Kailangan mong maglagay ng mga natatanging Serial Numbers, pagkatapos ay pumili ng location.
• Subtract → Decreases stock quantity. Select the Serial Numbers and location to subtract from.
  • Subtract → Binabawasan ang stock quantity. Piliin ang Serial Numbers at ang location kung saan ito ibabawas.
• Transfer → Moves stock between inventory locations. Requires selecting the Serial Numbers to transfer.
  • Transfer → Nililipat ang stock sa pagitan ng mga inventory location. Kailangang piliin ang Serial Numbers na ililipat.

2. Stock Transfer

• Serialized products must be transferred along with their assigned Serial Numbers. Ang serialized products ay kailangang ilipat kasama ang kanilang nakatalagang Serial Numbers.
• The system ensures traceability by recording both the source and destination locations for each serial. Tinitiyak ng system ang traceability sa pamamagitan ng pag-record ng parehong pinagmulan at destinasyon ng bawat serial.

3. Stock Adjustments

• When adjusting serialized products, you must enter or select the affected Serial Numbers. Kapag nag-aadjust ng serialized products, kailangan mong ilagay o piliin ang mga Serial Numbers na maaapektuhan.
• After saving, the adjusted serials are displayed under the Location column for reference. Pagkatapos i-save, ipapakita ang mga na-adjust na serial sa ilalim ng Location column bilang reference.

4. Releasings

• For Serialized Products, you cannot use the Add All Order Items or Create Releasing button. Para sa Serialized Products, hindi maaaring gamitin ang Add All Order Items o Create Releasing button.
• Products must be added manually: Kailangang manual na idagdag ang mga produkto:
  1. In the Releasing tab (inside the Sales Order), add the serialized product item manually. Sa Releasing tab (sa loob ng Sales Order), manu-manong idagdag ang serialized product item.
  2. Select the Serial Numbers to release. Piliin ang mga Serial Numbers na ire-release.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the Transaction modal. Punan ang mga kinakailangang field sa Transaction modal.
• From the Releasings page: Mula sa Releasings page:
  1. Create a new releasing and select the Sales Order. Gumawa ng bagong releasing at piliin ang Sales Order.
  2. Manually add the serialized product items. Manu-manong idagdag ang serialized product items.
  3. Complete the required fields in the Transaction modal. Kumpletuhin ang mga kinakailangang field sa Transaction modal.

5. Receivings

• For Serialized Products, you cannot use the Add All Purchase Order Items or Create Receiving button. Para sa Serialized Products, hindi maaaring gamitin ang Add All Order Items o Create Releasing button.
• Products must be added manually: Kailangang manual na idagdag ang mga produkto:
  1. In the Receiving tab (inside the Purchase Order), add the serialized product item manually. Sa Receiving tab (sa loob ng Purchase Order), manu-manong idagdag ang serialized product item.
  2. Assign the unique Serial Numbers in the Transaction modal. I-assign ang mga natatanging Serial Numbers sa Transaction modal.
• From the Receivings page: Mula sa Receivings page:
  1. Create a new receiving and select the Purchase Order. Gumawa ng bagong receiving at piliin ang Purchase Order.
  2. Manually add the serialized product items. Manu-manong idagdag ang serialized product items.
  3. Complete the required fields in the Transaction modal. Kumpletuhin ang mga kinakailangang field sa Transaction modal.
