The Stocktake page allows you to perform physical inventory counts for a selected location. It displays the system’s recorded quantity alongside a field to enter the actual counted quantity. The system then calculates the variance to indicate whether there is a shortage or excess. This process helps ensure accurate and reliable inventory records. Ang Stocktake page ay proseso ng pagbibilang ng actual na stock sa isang napiling location. Ipinapakita nito ang dami ayon sa sistema kasama ang field kung saan mo ilalagay ang aktwal na nabilang na dami. Awtomatikong kinukuwenta ng sistema ang diperensya upang malaman kung may kakulangan o sobrang stock. Nakakatulong ang prosesong ito upang matiyak ang tama at maaasahang talaan ng imbentaryo.

Using Search Bar:

 ***Paggamit ng Search Bar:***

1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Stocktake table. Pumunta sa Search bar sa itaas ng talahanayan ng Stocktake.
2. Type the Stocktake Code. I-type ang Stocktake Code.
3. Press Enter or click the Search button. Pindutin ang Enter o i-click ang Search button.

Using Filters:

 ***Paggamit ng Filters:***

1. Click the Filter button beside the Search bar. I-click ang Filter button sa tabi ng Search bar.
2. A filter panel will appear where you can refine your product list using the available options. Lalabas ang filter panel kung saan maaari mong pinuhin ang listahan gamit ang mga available na opsyon.
3. After setting your filters, click the Apply button to update the results. Pagkatapos itakda ang filters, i-click ang Apply button upang ma-update ang resulta.

Available Filters: Mga Available na Filter:

• Creation Start Date – Shows transactions created on or after the selected date. Creation Start Date – Ipinapakita ang mga stocktake mula sa napiling petsa.
• Creation End Date – Shows transactions created on or before the selected date. Creation End Date – Ipinapakita ang mga stocktake hanggang sa napiling petsa.

Using Sorts:

 ***Paggamit ng Sorts:***

1. Click the Sort button beside the Filters button. I-click ang Sort button sa tabi ng Filters button.
2. A drop-down menu will appear with the following sorting options: Lalabas ang drop-down menu na may mga sumusunod na opsyon:
   • Created (Latest to Earliest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the most recent orders. Created (Latest to Earliest) – Inaayos ang mga record batay sa petsa ng pagkakagawa, simula sa pinakabago.
   • Created (Earliest to Latest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the oldest orders.
     • Created (Earliest to Latest) – Inaayos ang mga record batay sa petsa ng pagkakagawa, simula sa pinakaluma.*
