The Customer Group Profile Page provides a complete view of each customer group’s details, including aggregated transactions and group-related activity. It is divided into tabs such as Details, Sales Orders, Receivables, and Credits.
Purpose:
- Provide a centralized view of all customer group-related information
- Monitor group-level transactions, balances, and payment activity
- Track sales performance and outstanding receivables across customers in the group
- Analyze overall group activity and financial standing

Customer Group Profile Tabs:
Below the header are multiple tabs for navigating customer group-related data:
📃 Details Tab
Use this tab to view and manage the customer group’s basic information and settings, such as the group name and the customers included in the group.
- Open a customer group record.
- Navigate to the Details tab.
- View or Update the customer group’s information.

📃 Sales Orders Tab
Provides a detailed list of all sales orders associated with customers under the selected customer group, including order status, quantities, and total amounts. Useful for tracking group-level sales performance and order activity.
- Navigate to the Customer Groups tab.
- View the list of sales orders linked to the customer group
- You can filter or sort the orders to display specific records.
- Click the order code to open full details. You will be directed to the specific Sales Order page, where you can review or take further actions.

💰 Receivables Tab
Provides a summary of outstanding balances for customers within the selected customer group. Useful for monitoring unpaid transactions and tracking receivables at a group level.
- Navigate to the Receivables tab.
- View all sales orders with remaining balances linked to the customer group.
- Click the order code to open full details. You will be directed to the specific Sales Order page, where you can review or take further actions.

💳 Credits Tab
Provides a list of credit transactions for customers within the selected customer group, including amounts and balances. Useful for tracking credit usage and monitoring available credits.
- Navigate to the Credits tab.
- Review the list of credit records, including date, reference, amount, resulting quantity, and created by.
- Click the reference number to open full details. You will be directed to the specific Sales Order or Collection record, where you can review or take further actions.
