The Sales Agent Profile Page provides a full overview of each agent’s sales activity and performance. The Orders Tab within the profile shows all sales orders linked to the agent.
Purpose:
- Monitor the sales agent’s order history
- Track the status of sales and collections handled by the agent
- Identify unpaid or pending orders for follow-up
- Evaluate the agent’s sales contribution over time
Accessing Linked Orders
- Go to the Sales Agents Page.
- Click a sales agent to open their Profile.
- Navigate to the Orders Tab to view all sales linked to that agent.

Each linked order displays key information:
- Code – The unique order number assigned to each Sales Order.
- Status – Shows the current status of the order, such as Pending, Completed, or Cancelled.
- Customer – The name of the customer who placed the order.
- Total Quantity – The total number of items included in the order.
- Released Quantity – The number of items that have already been delivered to the customer.
- Amount – The full value or cost of the order based on item prices and quantity.
