When active, an alert will appear at the top of the page like this:

How to Use oInsight

1. Go to the Sales Orders page.
2. If any customers exceed their credit limit, an oInsight alert will appear automatically at the top.
3. Click the oInsight alert to open a modal.
4. Review the list showing:
   • Customer Name
   • Credit Limit
   • Unpaid Balance
5. Use this information to decide whether to proceed with or hold the order.
