1. Customer Sales Report

Provides a detailed breakdown of sales activity by customer. Includes gross sales, returns, and net volume. Useful for analyzing customer purchasing behavior and overall revenue contribution.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Sales under the Customer section.
  3. Apply your preferred filters (e.g., Date Range, Customer, Branches, and other available filters).
  4. Click Generate Report to view the results.

2. Customer Accounts Receivable Report

Displays a comprehensive view of each customer’s outstanding balances. Includes current balance, assigned credit limits, and payment history to help monitor credit exposure and payment performance.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Accounts Receivable.
  3. Apply your preferred filters (e.g., Customer, Sales Agents, Branches, and other available filters).
  4. Click Generate Report.

3. Customer Aging Accounts Receivable Report

Shows outstanding customer invoices categorized by aging periods (e.g., current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days overdue). Helps identify overdue balances and supports credit control and collection efforts.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Aging Accounts Receivable.
  3. Apply your preferred filters (e.g., Date, Customers, Branches, and other available filters).
  4. Click Generate Report.
  5. After generating the report, click the toggle arrow beside each customer to view their individual orders.

4. Customer Statement of Account Report

Generates a detailed statement of all transactions for a selected customer. Includes order details, invoice numbers, dates, VAT type, and total amounts. Can be filtered by date range, invoice status, payment status, and VAT type.

How to Access

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Statement of Account.
  3. Apply the required Customer filter first.
  4. You may also apply your preferred filters (e.g., Date Range, Payment Status, Branches, and other available filters).
