These reports help you monitor customer performance, track payments, and manage receivables efficiently.

Available Customer Reports are:

1. Customer Sales Report

Detailed sales report for each customer, including gross sales, returns, and net volume.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Sales under the Customer section.
  3. Apply your preferred filters: Date Range, Specific Customer, and Branches (if applicable).
  4. Click Generate Report to view the results.

2. Customer Accounts Receivable Report

Detailed report of customer accounts receivable, including balance, credit limit, and payment history.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Accounts Receivable.
  3. Apply filters as needed. (By Customer, and/or Branches)
  4. Click Generate Report.

3. Customer Aging Accounts Receivable Report

Detailed analysis of outstanding customer payments categorized by aging periods, including current balances and overdue amounts.

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Aging Accounts Receivable.
  3. Apply your preferred filters: Sales Order, As Of Date, Customer, and Branches (if applicable).
  4. Click Generate Report.
  5. After generating the report, click the toggle arrow beside each customer to view their individual orders.

4. Customer Statement of Account Report

Detailed statement showing customer orders with order code, creation date, invoice number, VAT status, and order total. Filter by customer (required), date range, invoice status, payment status, and VAT type.

How to Access

  1. Go to the Reports page.
  2. Click Customer Statement of Account.
  3. Apply the required Customer filter first.
  4. You may also apply the other filters: Date Range, Invoice, Payment Status, VAT Type, and Branches.
  5. Click Generate Report.
