Edit a Product

 ***Pag-edit ng Produkto***
  1. In the Products page, select an existing Product to edit. Sa Products page, piliin ang produkto na nais mong i-edit.
  2. Click the “Edit” button located at the Product Details. I-click ang “Edit” na button na makikita sa Product Details.

  1. Edit the desired details you want to update. I-edit ang mga detalye na nais mong baguhin o i-update.
  2. Once done, click Save Changes to save the changes. A success message will appear if the product is updated successfully. Kapag tapos na, i-click ang Save Changes upang mai-save ang mga pagbabago. Lalabas ang success message kapag matagumpay na na-update ang produkto.

Report a Damage

 ***Pag-report ng Nasirang Produkto***

The Report a Damaged Product feature allows users to create a distinct product variant marked as Damaged. This includes specifying the quantity, damage details, and assigning it to a specific inventory location. Ang Report a Damaged Product feature ay nagbibigay-daan sa mga user na gumawa ng hiwalay na product variant na may markang Damaged. Dito maaaring ilagay ang dami ng nasira, detalye ng pinsala, at kung saang inventory location ito ilalagay.

Steps to Report a Damaged Product:

 ***Mga Hakbang sa Pag-report ng Nasirang Produkto:***
  1. Open the Product to Edit Buksan ang Produktong Ie-edit

    Navigate to the Products page and select the product you want to report as damaged. Click Edit to open its details. Pumunta sa Products page at piliin ang produktong nais mong i-report bilang nasira. I-click ang Edit upang buksan ang detalye nito.

  2. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page Mag-scroll pababa sa Pinakailalim ng Page

    At the bottom section, you’ll find a “Report a Damage” field. Sa ibabang bahagi ng page, makikita ang “Report a Damage” field.

  3. Click the "Report" Button This will open the Report Damage card.

  4. Fill Out the Required Fields: Punan ang mga Kinakailangang Field

  5. Click “Report”

    Once all fields are complete, click Report to proceed. Kapag kumpleto na ang lahat ng field, i-click ang Report upang iproseso ito.

  6. After reporting, you’ll be redirected to the new Damaged Product Profile, which is now tracked separately from the original item. Pagkatapos mag-report, ire-redirect ka sa bagong Damaged Product Profile, na hiwalay nang sinusubaybayan mula sa orihinal na produkto.

Delete a Product

 ***Pag-delete ng Produkto***

You can delete a product from the system if it is no longer needed. Deleting a product is a permanent action and should be done with caution. Maaari mong i-delete ang isang produkto sa system kung hindi na ito kailangan. Tandaan na ang pag-delete ng produkto ay permanenteng aksyon, kaya dapat itong gawin nang may pag-iingat.

Steps to Delete a Product:

 ***Mga Hakbang sa Pag-delete ng Produkto:***
  1. Open the Product to Edit Buksan ang Produktong Ie-edit

    Go to the Products page and select the product you want to delete. Click Edit to view its details. Pumunta sa Products page at piliin ang produktong nais mong i-delete. I-click ang Edit upang makita ang detalye nito.

  2. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page Mag-scroll pababa sa Pinakailalim ng Page

    Locate the “Delete Product” button. Hanapin ang “Delete Product” button.

  3. Click the “Delete Product” Button I-click ang “Delete Product” Button

    This will open the Delete Product confirmation card. Bubukas ang Delete Product confirmation card.

  4. Confirm the Action Kumpirmahin ang Aksyon

    In the confirmation field, type the word “delete”. Sa confirmation field, i-type ang salitang “delete”.

  5. Click the Delete Button I-click ang Delete Button

    Once confirmed, click Delete to permanently remove the product from the system. Kapag nakumpirma na, i-click ang Delete upang permanenteng alisin ang produkto mula sa system.
