The Product Bulk Adjust feature lets you perform Add, Subtract, or Transfer actions on multiple products at once. It’s a fast way to update inventory quantities across one or more locations.

How It Works:

1. Click the Bulk Adjust button

   Go to the Products page and click the Bulk Adjust button at the top.

2. Select Adjustment Action

   Choose one action only: Add, Subtract, or Transfer.

   You can’t select multiple adjustment types at the same time.

3. Search Products to Adjust

   Use the search bar to find and add the products you want to adjust.

4. Select Location

   The current quantity will be displayed based on the selected location.

5. Input Quantity to Adjust

   Enter the amount to add, subtract, or transfer for each product.

6. Review New Quantity

   The New Quantity column will show the updated total after the adjustment.

7. Optional: Add a Comment or Invoice Number

   You may input remarks or an invoice number, but this step is not required.

8. Click Adjust

   Once everything is reviewed, click Adjust to apply the adjustments.

Changing the adjustment action (Add, Subtract, or Transfer) will remove all current product adjustments. Make sure to finalize or review them before switching actions.
