2. Open the Bulk Import modal Buksan ang Bulk Import modal

Products Create

A. Required Column

• name – The display name of your product.

⚠ This field is required and must not be empty.

B. Optional Columns

You may fill in these fields if needed, or leave them blank:

Ang mga field na ito ay opsyonal. Maaari mo silang punan kung kinakailangan o iwanang walang laman.

• code – Unique product identifier code. If left empty, it will be auto generated.
• buyingPrice – Purchase price per unit
• sellingPrice – Selling price per unit
• suggestedRetailPrice – Recommended selling price
• weighedAverageUnitCost – Starting value for the rolling computation of average unit cost based on purchase orders
• description – Detailed product information
• barcode – Product barcode
• supplierName – Name of the product supplier. If the supplier does not exist, it will be created.
• productTypeName – Product type classification. A product can only have one product type
• minimumQuantity – The minimum stock level allowed before the product is considered low in inventory.
• baseUnitName – Primary unit of measure for the product
• inventoryType – Inventory tracking type. Options: REGULAR (default – standard quantity tracking), SERIALIZED (individual serial numbers), BATCHED (batch/lot numbers with expiry dates). If not specified, defaults to REGULAR.

Custom Attributes:

• The system will automatically create product attributes based on any extra columns added to the file (beyond the standard fields).
• Each additional column will be saved as an attribute for that product.
• If you include a column named Color with a value like "Red", the system will create a "Color" attribute and assign "Red" to the product.
• A product can have multiple attributes.

Notes:

• Remove any optional columns that are left empty (no values) before uploading to avoid errors.
• Ensure consistency in naming (e.g., supplier names, product types, units).

Products Update

A. Required Column

• identifier – Used to find the product you want to update. This can be the product’s: name, code, barcode.

B. Optional Columns

Fill in only the fields you want to update. Leave blank if no changes are needed.

• name – Updates the product name
• code – Updates the product code
• buyingPrice – Updates purchase price per unit
• sellingPrice – Updates selling price per unit
• suggestedRetailPrice – Updates recommended retail price
• description – Updates product description
• barcode – Updates product barcode
• supplierName – Assigns or updates supplier
  • If the supplier does not exist, it will be created
• productTypeName – Updates product classification
  • A product can only have one product type
• minimumQuantity – Updates low stock threshold
• baseUnitName – Updates the primary unit of measure

Notes:

• The identifier is used to find the product. Once found, only the fields provided in the file will be updated.
• Fields left blank will remain unchanged.
• You can also add extra columns to create custom attributes.
