The Inventory Locations page provides a detailed view of all products stored across different locations within each branch. It displays the location name, associated branch, the list of products available in that location, and their corresponding quantities. This allows users to easily monitor stock distribution, check availability per site, and manage inventory across multiple locations efficiently. Ang Inventory Locations page ay nagpapakita ng lahat ng lugar kung saan naka-store ang mga produkto sa bawat branch. Makikita dito ang pangalan ng location, anong branch ito, anong mga produkto ang nandun, at ilan ang stock. Sa page na ito, mas madaling makita kung saan naka-store ang mga produkto, malaman kung may stock pa sa isang location at ma-manage ang inventory sa iba’t ibang lugar o branch.

Inventory Locations Page

Location Overview Columns:

This section shows helpful details to manage your inventory: Sa section na ito makikita ang mga mahalagang impormasyon para sa pamamahala ng iyong inventory:

• Location Name – Displays the name and address of the inventory location, along with the available quantity stored there.
  • Location Name - Ipinapakita dito ang pangalan at address ng location kung saan naka-store ang mga produkto. Makikita rin kung ilang stock ang nasa location na iyon.
• Products – Lists the products stored in that location, along with their available quantities.
  • Products - Ipinapakita dito ang listahan ng mga produkto na naka-store sa location at ilang piraso ang available.
• Branch – Branching can be manually enabled in the settings. This allows role-based access so users can view only the locations tied to a specific branch.
  • Branch - Ang Branching ay maaaring i-enable sa settings. Kapag naka-enable ito, ang bawat user ay makakakita lamang ng mga location na kabilang sa kanilang branch.
• Actions – Each location row includes buttons to Edit the location details, View QR to see or download the location's QR code, and Delete to remove the location if needed.
  • Actions – Bawat row ng location ay may mga button para sa Edit (baguhin ang detalye ng location), View QR (tingnan o i-download ang QR code ng location), at Delete (tanggalin ang location kung kinakailangan).

A location cannot be deleted if it still contains products.

Products must be transferred to another location before deletion is allowed.

Using Search Bar:

Paggamit ng Search Bar:

1. Go to Search bar at the top of the Inventory Locations table. Pumunta sa Search bar sa itaas ng Inventory Locations table.
2. Type the Location name. I-type ang pangalan ng location.
3. Press Enter or click the Search button. Pindutin ang Enter o i-click ang Search button.

Using Filters:

 ***Paggamit ng Filters:***

1. Click the Filter button beside the Search bar. I-click ang Filter button sa tabi ng Search bar.
2. A filter panel will appear where you can refine your product list using the available options. Lalabas ang filter panel kung saan maaari mong i-refine ang listahan gamit ang mga available na opsyon.
3. After setting your filters, click the Apply button to update the results. Pagkatapos piliin ang mga filter, i-click ang Apply upang i-update ang mga resulta.

Filter Options Include: Kasama sa Filter Options ang:

Dropdown Fields – Use these to filter by: Dropdown Fields – gamitin upang mag-filter ayon sa:

• Product Name
• Branch (If enabled)

You can select multiple options in each dropdown. Maaari kang pumili ng higit sa isang opsyon sa bawat dropdown.

Using Sorts:

1. Click the Sort button beside the Filters button. I-click ang Sort button sa tabi ng Filters button.
2. A drop-down menu will appear with the following sorting options: Lalabas ang drop-down menu na may mga sumusunod na opsyon:
   • Created (Latest to Earliest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the most recent created location. Created (Latest to Earliest) - Ipapakita muna ang pinaka-bagong location na ginawa.
   • Created (Earliest to Latest) – will sort records by creation date, starting with the oldest created location. Created (Earliest to Latest) - Ipapakita muna ang pinaka-lumang location na ginawa.

View Inventory Locations QR Codes

 ***Pagtingin ng Inventory Locations QR Codes***

Each inventory location has a unique QR code that helps you quickly access and identify its details during stock checks, transfers, or audits. These QR codes can be scanned to easily reference a location without manually searching for it. Bawat inventory location ay may natatanging QR code na tumutulong upang mabilis na ma-access at makilala ang mga detalye nito habang nagsasagawa ng stock check, transfer, o audit. Maaaring i-scan ang mga QR code na ito upang madaling ma-reference ang isang location nang hindi na kailangang manu-manong hanapin ito.

There are two ways to view QR codes: May dalawang paraan upang makita ang QR codes:

1. From the Inventory Locations page Mula sa Inventory Locations page

   ➡️ Each row has a "View QR" button. Click it to view that specific location’s QR code. Bawat row ay may “View QR” button. I-click ito upang makita ang QR code ng partikular na location.
