The Sales Agents Page displays essential information about each sales agent, including their name, description, total revenue, paid and unpaid revenue, and the date and time they were created. It helps you easily view, monitor performance, and manage agent assignments across sales transactions.
Sales Agents Page

Each sales agent profile displays the following details:
- Name – The full name of the sales agent.
- Description – A short note or identifier about the agent (e.g., area assigned, role).
- Total Revenue – This is the total amount of all sales linked to the sales agent, including both paid and unpaid orders. It gives you an overview of the agent’s overall sales performance.
- Total Paid Revenue – This shows how much of the agent’s total sales have been fully paid by customers. It reflects the actual income collected from the agent’s transactions.
- Total Unpaid Revenue – This shows how much of the agent’s sales are still unpaid. It helps you track pending collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Created Date & Time– The exact date and time the agent record was created in the system.
All this information is editable through the Details tab at a specific sales agent’s profile page.
Create New Sales Agent
- In the Sales Agents page, Click the Create button located at the top page.
- Enter the sales agent’s basic details under the General section:

- Name – Required display name of the sales agent.
Optional fields:
- Code – Internal customer code.
- Description
- User

- Once you're done, ’Submit’ button to create the new sales agent. A confirmation message will appear if the sales agent has been successfully created.
