The Supplier Profile Page offers a comprehensive overview of a supplier’s information, including all products sourced from them. The Products section displays every product linked to the supplier, allowing you to easily view inventory levels, unit cost, and actions like adding, subtracting, or transferring stock. This helps in efficiently managing stock per supplier and keeping your records organized.

Purpose:

• Monitor the supplier’s available products
• Track stock levels by inventory location
• Easily identify which products are supplied by a specific vendor

Accessing Supplier Products

1. Go to the Suppliers Page.
2. Select a supplier to open their Supplier Profile.
3. Scroll down to view the Linked Products section.

Each linked product provides key inventory information:

• Product Name – The name and brand of the product supplied.
• Total Quantity – The total available stock across all locations.
• Inventory Locations – Lists branches where the product is stored, with corresponding quantities.
• Cost – Unit purchase cost from the supplier.
• SRP – Suggested retail price.
• Quick Actions – Add, Subtract, or Transfer stock directly from this view.

Add or Link Products

Add new product

Register a new item and directly associate it with the supplier.

1. Click the **“**➕ Add new product” button.
2. You will be redirected to the Product Create Page. For full instructions, see how to create a new product.

Link existing product

Attach an already-existing product in the system to this supplier.

1. Click the “➕ Link existing product” button.
2. A product selection card will appear. Choose a product from the dropdown list.
3. Product details such as Code, Actual Cost, and Suggested Retail Price will auto-fill based on the selected item.
4. Click Submit to complete the linking process. The product will now be associated with the current supplier.
