The Supplier Profile Page provides a complete view of a supplier’s information, including all products sourced from them. It is divided into tabs such as Details, Products, Purchase Orders, Credits, Payables, Attachments, and Audit Logs.
Purpose:
- Provide a centralized view of all supplier-related information
- Easily identify which products are supplied by a specific vendor
- Monitor transactions, balances, and payment activity
- Track order history and identify pending or unpaid payables
- Review supplier activity and changes over time
At the top of the page, you will find:
- Supplier Name – The display name of the supplier.
- Legal Name – The official registered name of the supplier.
- Credit Balance – The reamining credit balance to the supplier.

Supplier Profile Tabs:
Below the header are multiple tabs for navigating customer-related data:
📃 Details Tab
Use this tab to view and manage the supplier’s basic information and settings, such as their address, contact information, and payment details. This is the default tab when opening the Supplier Profile Page.
- Open a supplier record.
- Navigate to the Details tab.
- View or Update the supplier’s information.

📃 Products Tab
Use this tab to view and manage the list of products associated with the supplier.
- Navigate to the Products tab.
- View or Update the supplier’s products.
- Click the product name to open full details. You will be directed to the specific Product, where you can review or take further actions.
Each linked product provides key inventory information:
- Product Name – The name and brand of the product supplied.
- Total Quantity – The total available stock across all locations.
- Inventory Locations – Lists branches where the product is stored, with corresponding quantities.
- Buying Price – Unit purchase cost from the supplier.
- Selling Price – The price at which the product is sold.
- SRP – Suggested Retail Price of the product.
- Quick Actions – Allows you to add, subtract, or transfer stock directly from this view (if enabled).

➕ Add new product
Use this option to create and assign a new product directly under the supplier.
- Click the ➕ Add new product button.
- You will be redirected to the Product Create Page.

🔗 Link existing product
Use this option to link an existing product to the supplier.
- Click the ➕ Link existing product button.
- A product selection card will appear. Choose a product from the dropdown list.
- Product details such as Code, Buying Price, and Suggested Retail Price will auto-fill based on the selected item.
- Click Submit to complete the linking process. The product will now be associated with the current supplier.

📃 Purchase Orders Tab
Use this tab to view and track all purchase orders linked to the supplier.
- Navigate to the Purchase Orders tab.
- View all purchase orders linked to the supplier.
- You can filter or sort the orders to display specific records.
- Click the order code to open full details. You will be directed to the specific Purchase Order page, where you can review or take further actions.
